Rethinking collaboration for ethical AI practices
Ethical AI is a topic that can’t be addressed without multiple disciplines and perspectives. This session is about translating that idea to your role and how you collaborate with your wider team. We’ll examine how deeper collaboration develops hybrid skills and relevant contextual expertise. We’ll share how effective collaboration transforms the process of creating and designing AI. Finally, we’ll go through an IBM case study on AI explainability that demonstrates how to work together meaningfully from the beginning of the design process.
By moving away from the handoff mentality of many AI teams, we create a framework that gives all of us a better understanding of the real-world effects of our AI systems.
