Daniel Goddemeyer

Daniel Goddemeyer is an award-winning New York City based designer who works with companies to envision future products, services and interactions - often focusing on data- and Ai-driven technologies. He has formerly worked for agencies such as IDEO, Artefact Group, Teague, Antenna Design, ReD Associates and FutureFarmers in various roles as well as run his own design studio working with clients such as Google AI, Audi Data Intelligence and the Microsoft Envision Team among others.

Goddemeyer is currently design director for data and AI experiences at IKEA.  He further teaches an annual class in the interaction design master program at the School of Visual Arts and Parsons School of Design that - together with students - explores new, more experiential methods that accelerate our understanding of the potential social and ethical implications of current and future technologies.
