World IA Day Zürich - Orientation and wayfinding
What a happy coincidence that World IA Day (WIAD) in Switzerland extends your conference week to Saturday!
World IA Day connects the world through information architecture. It’s a one-day annual conference organized by our friends from the Information Architecture Institute, and other events are held simultaneously in dozens of cities around the world.
Wayfinding is a fundamental human activity and an integral outcome of good information architecture. It helps us to know where we are and to recognize where we could go.
Bits n Bolts - The Robotival
The festival "Bits n Bolts" provides a space where the multi-faceted world of robotics can live up to its full potential. This experience invites you to expand your horizons and engage with the topic not only scientifically, but critically and – most importantly –playfully. Creatives from different fields are encouraged to create different ways to more closely integrate robotics and society. The event includes a multi-sensory interactive exhibition, as well as a diverse program with live performances and talks.
