Sara Cinnamon
Sara is a McKinsey Design Expert. Based out of the firm’s San Francisco Design Studio, she combines design thinking with systems thinking to break down challenging problems with empathy. Sara leads McKinsey’s accessible and inclusive design practice bringing solutions for accessibility to the attention of clients across industries. Sara has spent the past 20 years innovating in consumer goods, healthcare, MedTEch, retail, robotics, and transportation – combining her passion for connecting solutions to companies and the people they design for.
