Hrishika is a Senior Partner at McKinsey’s Southern California office and the Global Leader of their technology practice for public sector clients. Her expertise in IT transformation enables her to drive innovation, improve productivity, and transform customer experiences while building organizational capabilities to sustain impact.Some recent examples of her work at McKinsey include:

• Leading holistic agency transformations for governments to deliver exceptional customer service in areas such as DMV, Unemployment, and Medicaid.
• Launching and scaling a digital platform that provides residents with access to all their longitudinal health records, including lab results, immunizations, prescriptions, EHRs, etc..
• Contributing to a national effort to create integrated, real-time public health data and surveillance capabilities.
• Modernizing infrastructure and systems, as well as upskilling government workers to operate in agile, cloud-based environments.

Prior to her focus on the public sector, she worked extensively on technology and data modernization projects across various industries (financial services, healthcare, retail, consumer) and regions, including North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.
