Jocelyne Dittmer

As the design lead for Europe & Middle East in a consulting division within IBM called Cloud Expert Labs, Jocelyne Dittmer tackles some fascinating innovation challenges that leverage a human-centered and lean approach to product design and tap into the best of what emerging technology has to offer.

Before joining IBM, she was a designer and researcher at Maya Design (acquired by Boston Consulting Group). There she worked on projects spanning a wide range of industries including health and wellness, medical, manufacturing as well as internal research projects. Before MAYA Design, Dittmer worked with large multinational companies in North America, Europe and Africa in the financial and media space to craft refined digital user experiences at Markit On Demand (acquired by IHS Markit).
