Kind note: The workshop is designed to be an interactive session where you try the tool hand-on. The purpose is to test it, familiarize and ask questions at the end. My desire is for you to practice the tool not for me to give a lecture. The more we interact the better the workshop will be delivered. To make the workshop interactive, you are invited to apply the tool on a project (new value proposition) you are familiar with and comfortable to share with the other participants.
