Jasmine Kendall
Oxford Insights is a consultancy based in the UK with a mission of helping governments and nonprofits use technology for public good.
Jasmine feels very strongly that the design of public services is vital to the overall quality of government. When we interact with governments in our daily lives, we’re likely to be doing so through a public service, so she believes that making public services easy to use can drastically improve our relationships with the state.
She has recently had the opportunity to lead on the creation of a new international Index for Human Centred Public Service Design, which ranks countries in terms of how well their public services work for residents.
