Monika Zych

Monika Zych is currently Head of Design at Starship Technologies where she leads a group of multi-disciplinary product designers. At Starship they provide autonomous robot delivery service to customers in 6 different countries. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing design in all their touchpoints - digital products as well as human-robot interaction.

Zych has been designing digital user experiences for over 15 years across a variety of industries and countries. Her background synthesises design, business and technology, which helped her to design products and services that solve real problems and improve people's life. She has worked with big organisations and small start-ups, and she is a proud alumnus of Nordkapp, Kurppa Hosk and Fjord/Accenture Song.

Zych holds a masters degree in Computer Science and bachelor degree in Business Administration. When she is not working, you can find her running long distances in a forest, sailing in the archipelago or hiking in the mountains.
