Ruth Tupe

Ruth is a Design Director based in McKinsey’s New York office and a leader in the firm’s inclusive design practice. As a full-stack designer, she shapes digital strategies with C-suite leaders by embedding her expertise in product teams for digital transformations. She brings practical experience to her clients and her teams – creating business cases for senior leaders and revealing inclusive design practices to augment product development processes. Ruth is a long-time IxDA community member and served on the IxDA Awards committee from 2016-2019. Prior to McKinsey, Ruth worked as a product designer at tech companies while educating on design, agile, and product methodologies at fellowship programs and startup incubators.
